Reservation Policy

Deposit Policy:

A deposit is required each reservations booked at Veligandu Maldives is subject to a cancellation policy and deposit policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the cancellation policy of the rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a guests has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.

Guarantee Policy:

A 10% deposit is required to confirm this booking. The remaining 90% is to be settled 14 days prior to arrival and not upon check-in. Please be advised that in the event that we do not receive full prepayment, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:

• January 11 to December 23 – Reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost of the stay, including transfers.
• December 24 to January 10 (Festive Season) – Reservations cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost of the stay, including transfers.

No-Show Policy:

• Failing to show will result in a charge for the entire stay, including transfers. In the event your international flight is delayed, the rearrangement of your transfer will be charged to your reservation.
• Early Departure: The entire stay will be charged for early departure reservations.
• Amendment/Date Changes: Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking and as such, are subject to cancellation charges.
• Gala Dinner Supplement: Gala dinner supplements covering night of 24th and/or 31st December are compulsory. These supplements are excluded fromthe room rate and must be paid to the resort.
